We prefer the phrase "Triple Zero" over "Triple Oh" because of potential confusion when using alphanumeric keypads which could cause people to incorrectly dial "666" in an emergency, not Triple Zero (000).

Community

Community events provide a unique opportunity for ESTA operators to meet the public and assist the community to better understand the Triple Zero process.   There are a number of events that ESTA is involved in throughout the year, and we are always interested to hear about events in your community that may benefit from our Triple Zero messages.
