106 is a relay service number for hearing and speech impaired people.  106 operators will communicate via a Telephone Typewriter service and relay information to the emergency services operator.

Community

Community events provide a unique opportunity for ESTA operators to meet the public and assist the community to better understand the Triple Zero process.   There are a number of events that ESTA is involved in throughout the year, and we are always interested to hear about events in your community that may benefit from our Triple Zero messages.
