Uniformed Services in Your Community

The Uniformed Services in Your Community Expo helps raise awareness amongst CALD (culturally and linguistically diverse) communities about the range of emergency and uniformed services in Victoria.  The event has a festival atmosphere and helps the community differentiate between various uniformed personnel and the roles they play by displaying emergency service equipment, vehicles, information and uniforms.

Multicultural entertainment and food, a parade of uniforms hosted by comedic duo The Signoras and a free sausage sizzle are just part of the activities available on the day.

ESTA is proud to be part of the Expo and provides essential information on the Triple Zero (000) process through interactive games and activities.

The two most predominant questions I ask of a caller are "where is your emergency?" and "what is your emergency?"
