We prefer the phrase "Triple Zero" over "Triple Oh" because of potential confusion when using alphanumeric keypads which could cause people to incorrectly dial "666" in an emergency, not Triple Zero (000).

Media & Resources

The media plays an important role in delivering key messages to the community that ESTA serves. Through the media, ESTA provides advice about its services, particularly the appropriate use of Triple Zero. The media also supports ESTA’s major events, such as the annual Junior Triple Zero Hero awards.

In this section you will find the latest media releases, Annual Reports and a range of publications and updates from ESTA.
