We prefer the phrase "Triple Zero" over "Triple Oh" because of potential confusion when using alphanumeric keypads which could cause people to incorrectly dial "666" in an emergency, not Triple Zero (000).

Rosters

Police call-takers and dispatchers located at the ESTA State Emergency Communications Centre in Melbourne.

This roster is two day shifts, one off, two night shifts and three shifts off.

This roster an eight day cycle of twelve hour shifts with a day off between your day shifts and your night shifts. This means you can expect to be rostered, on average, for work on at least one day in five out of every eight weekends.
