The Victorian Government boosted the state’s emergency response capability, with 20 additional police call-taking jobs created for the Emergency Services Telecommunications Authority (ESTA), which will help to keep Victorians safe in emergencies.

This new investment is aimed at addressing a continuing increase in demand, while providing existing workers with greater access to professional development opportunities and Occupational Health and Safety programs.
